Purpose:
From your responses to earlier surveys, such as the Listening Post soundings and the Alliance's semi-annual fundraising survey, we have come to understand that Alliance members as a group derive the majority of their funding from government revenue streams. Changes in these streams are therefore a matter of great importance to you and to the Alliance in our efforts to represent your interests. In order for our Office of Public Policy to target its efforts in terms of advocacy and policy the Alliance needs detailed knowledge of the federal funding streams that you use. We ask for your participation in this mutually beneficial effort.

The survey instrument is provided here in printable PDF format for your convenience in gathering your data. Please return to the on-line survey through the link below to enter and submit your data. This will greatly speed our analysis and improve the timeliness of our report back to the membership. The two-page online survey must be completed in one sitting.
