The Neuroscience / Behavioral Health Care Survey is a web-based survey which can be completed using an Internet browser. The survey must be completed online in one sitting because there is no pause and resume feature. We estimate that the survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Please direct this survey to the person in your agency that you feel is most qualified to answer questions regarding neuroscience diagnostic and treatment advances within behavioral health care. Reading the report – The New Frontier: Neuroscience Advancements & Their Impact on Nonprofit Behavioral Health Care Providers – prior to completing the survey may be helpful. Our overall purpose in conducting this survey is twofold: (1) to determine the level of awareness of nonprofit behavioral health care providers about neuroscientific advancements impacting their practices, and (2) to identify what advancements may already be integrated into the clinical practices of nonprofits. We are also seeking to identify the reasons why or why not you may be using these advancements, and to ascertain the readiness of agencies to use them in the future.
