The 2004 Resource Development Network evaluation must be completed in one sitting. You will save considerable time by contemplating your answers in advance of opening the online survey. For that reason a printable instrument has been provided here.

Many of the survey questions require Yes/No answers regarding fund raising practices at your agency in the past and today. Some of these questions may require a bit of historical research on your part. With your fund raising history in hand, the survey can be completed in about 30 minutes or less.
